Jack Pye RVN CertVNECC. Nurse with a post-qualification certificate in Emergency and Critical Care
Jack began his career in a “first opinion” practice where he developed a passion for progression. After successfully qualifying in 2018 Jack decided to pursue a new challenge at a small animal hospital in Norfolk, he worked solely in an emergency and critical care setting out of hours which is an area he enjoys. He gained his certificate in ECC in 2022 which he worked hard to achieve. He is particularly keen for continuous personal and professional development, in which he has developed a passion to support other veterinary professionals to grow and enhance their skill sets. He has a specialist interest in ultrasonography and currently is a vet nurse consultant speaker. Alongside this he also provides inhouse ultrasound training for veterinary professionals.
All of this is presented in an interactive, eLearning format full of quizzes, animations and videos. Following completion of the online theory course, the all-day practical training will allow you to put the theory into practice on real dogs, under the guidance and tuition of the IMV imaging Clinical Team and special guest, Jack Pye! On this 100% practical day, you will put all the techniques from the theory course into practice in a series of demos and practical sessions in a relaxed, friendly and informal environment.

Abdominal ultrasonography Course rating: 4.9/5 From a nursing point of view, the in house training was great. Our instructor was very knowledgeable and was able to explain structures and landmarks in a way I’ll be able to pass on to other people. Incredibly useful to have training on the actual machine we use, as in the past everything has made sense on an ultrasound cpd day but then has been difficult to apply to our machine.
