Vets with Horsepower was founded by Derek Knottenbelt alongside like-minded veterinary colleagues. Their goal was simple but powerful: unite the veterinary community through a shared passion for motorcycling while raising funds for charities that support vets, animals, and the wider profession. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the years, Vets with Horsepower has achieved remarkable results. The group has raised over \u00a31 million for charity and ridden across 29 countries, combining adventure with professional engagement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 2026 Ride: Germany, Poland, and the Baltics<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In June 2026, Vets with Horsepower will embark on their next fundraising journey, riding through Germany, Poland, Latvia, and Estonia<\/a>. The tour combines long-distance riding with the delivery of high-quality equine CPD lectures, allowing the team to engage directly with veterinary professionals across Europe while raising funds for charity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
