Marketing Director Jason Rogers commented, \u201cAt BCF Technology we believe in helping our local communities. I visited the site at the start of the school holidays, and saw the scale of the task. I did think that the job was simply too big for our team. There are about 40 of us based at our global headquarters at Bellshill near Glasgow. We decided to split into two teams. On day one, half the team tackled the after school club, whist the other half of the team kept the business running and then on day two the teams swapped over.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Jason added, \u201cThe two teams worked their socks off, and despite the showery weather, we managed to paint the entire building, both inside and out. In fact we also managed to paint the outside of the neighbouring building too. We achieved more than I had possibly imagined we could.\u201d<\/p>\n
The site at St Serfs School in Airdrie is used during term time as an after-school club for 5 \u2013 12 year olds and run by the YMCA. The team at BCF were determined to complete the makeover in time for the children returning from their summer holiday.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Mary McKinnon, from the YMCA commented, \u201cThis is going to make such a huge difference to our children, having a lovely and clean enviromnemt for the kids to spend time. We cannot thank BCF enough for the work you have done here.\u201d<\/p>\n

BCF Managing Director Gavin Mitchell added, \u201cI am so proud of the BCF team, what a huge difference they have made to these facilities. This was also a fantastic team building opportunity for our folks at head office. Giving them an opportunity to spend time and build relationships, working with people they may not see day-to-day working in our head office. We are also delighted that BCF were able to help some of the children locally.\u201d<\/p>\n
