Handpiece should be stored loosely coiled to avoid tight bend radius on the internal fibre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Always keep the cap on the SMA end when not in use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Never touch that SMA tip with bare hands as finger grease will attract dust. One speck of dust absorbs laser energy equals burnt fibre tip. and likely damage laser&nbsp; ( sacrificial plate) as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Always clean the fibre tip every time before inserting into laser without fail.
