Service Administrator – Careers

Hiring Manager: Operations Manager

This role is essential to manage customer needs and provide exceptional service. The new Service Administrator will be the first point of contact for customers contacting IMV. The Service Administrator will also work with suppliers and internal teams to order parts or arrange support from IMV suppliers as required.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Managing all incoming calls into the office
  • Regularly communicating with customers and managing their expectations in relation to lead times and service turn around times
  • Ensuring that we deliver an efficient service that meets our customers’ expectations
  • Processing and tracking service repairs
  • Process and tracking consumable products
  • Managing the supply and stock control of consumable and stock item
  • Ensuring records are kept up to date
  • Updating and management of SAP and company software systems
  • Preparing sales equipment
  • Liaising with colleagues at all levels of the organisation
