Based in Belgium, Veterinary Solutions has decades of experience in equine veterinary care. We have a deep understanding of the needs of equine vets and the horses they care for. 

We have taken this veterinary experience and coupled it with our passion for medical imaging to create best in class veterinary imaging products and solutions, for equine and small animal vets. 

This includes connectDR, our digital radiography x-ray product and imaging software, connect.Vet.

Built with the insight of a practicing vet, it delivers seamless imaging integration, powerful communication capabilities, and comprehensive support that veterinary professionals need to excel in their daily practice.  

Connect.Vet supports many modalities including CT, endoscopy, ultrasound and MRI, allowing customers to easily upload their medical images, videos and photos straight from their phone – creating a complete medical file for each case.  

ConnectDR 

We believe veterinary imaging products should be robust and accessible and most importantly, produce the highest quality image. 

With connectDR – whether a vet is X-raying in a stable or in a veterinary practice, they can be confident connectDR will give a superior resolution image. It has the capability to fully integrate images into a truly connected imaging storage and distribution architecture. Designed as a rugged laptop or tablet, connectDR is lightweight and splash resistant, with a touch screen that works with even with gloves on. 

Meet the team 

Lode Leen, Founder of Veterinary Solutions

From a young age I was passionate about horses and horse riding. This took me down the route of becoming an equine veterinarian, where I practiced for more than 10 years, running my own mobile veterinarian practice.

As a mobile vet, relying on traditional CR X-ray systems was a challenge. Driven by a personal interest in technology and a desire to have a more efficient X-ray system for mobile vets, I pioneered using digital X-ray in Belgium. This led me to creating my own practice management software – known now as connect.Vet.

I founded Veterinary Solutions in 2013 and over the last decade I have grown the business to become the market leader in veterinary imaging that it is today. Based in Hasselt, Belgium, the team at Veterinary Solutions is committed to our mission to make the lives of veterinarians easier. Our range of products now includes connect.Vet, connectDR, connectRAY, ConnectScope and ConnectUS.

Bram

I joined Veterinary Solutions in May 2022 and I’m responsible for our sales team.

After my studies as a Biomedical Engineer I worked for some years in the orthopaedics business until I switch over to the veterinary side of medical imaging. At Veterinary Solutions, I try to combine the two world of Engineering and development on one side with the practical use on the field on the other side.

Outside of work, I try to travel the world or with my partner or as a tour guide. Since the end of 2024, we have an Australian Shephard so he will be joining us on these trips!

Bert

I joined Veterinary Solutions, part of IMV Imaging, in May 2024, but my connection with the company goes back much further. As a veterinarian, I used Veterinary Solutions’ X-ray systems in my practice for over ten years, which gives me a deep understanding of what veterinarians need when choosing their equipment.

Before joining the company, I worked as an equine veterinarian in practice. That experience allows me to guide our customers—fellow veterinarians—in selecting the right imaging solutions. Within the company, I’m involved in both sales and structuring daily operational processes.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active by running, cycling, and playing padel. I also value my social life and love going on trips with my family.

Cedric

In early 2024, I joined the team at Veterinary Solutions. My experience in veterinary practice gave me a strong connection with the company, which ultimately led me to take on this new role.

I combine my work at Veterinary Solutions with my practice as a veterinarian, allowing me to stay connected to the field and better support our clients.

My goal is to help fellow veterinarians find the best solutions for veterinary imaging. With hands-on experience, I understand the importance of having the right equipment and knowing how to use it efficiently. Together with our team, I strive to bring continuous innovation to our products, always from a veterinarian’s perspective.

Besides work, I love spending time with my family and our horses. I also enjoy traveling with my girlfriend, going to festivals in the summer, and skiing in the winter!
