Project Administrator – Careers

Location: Head Office, Bellshill

Type: Fixed Term – 12 months

Job purpose/ key responsibilities

We are currently recruiting for a Project Administrator to join our Project team. This role is ideal for an individual looking to move their career towards project management or into a business development role. You will gain fantastic exposure to different areas of the business flow processes and support the team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

You will be joining a highly motivated and dynamic international team. The role is hybrid and involves international travel.

      Daily Responsibilities:

          • You will support our project integrations team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
          • Provide administration and co-ordination support to our integration projects.
          • Ad hoc project work to support the PMI group members as required.
          • Support the measurement and reporting of project performance.
          • Manage aspects of the Project Plans including updating Gantt charts.
          • Manage reporting deadlines and compile reporting from across the business.
          • Take part in value stream and business process mapping.

          Education/Experience

          Essential:

          • Graduate background, or strong business administration experience.
          • Shows initiative.
          • Solid organisation and time management skills.
          • Capability to multi-task and prioritise a diverse workload.
          • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
          • Proficient in the use of IT Systems, particularly Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
          • Ability to analyse and report on data.
          • Presentation skills including creating presentation packs.
          • Shows initiative with an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
          • Ability to work and cultivate relationships remotely.
          • Ability to work cross functionally.

          Desirable

          • Experience in a role within the support function of a business or in a similar role.
          • Experience communicating with senior managers.
