I joined IMV end of February 2023 as part of the IT Department in Bellshill in the role of IT Helpdesk Support.

I graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University in July 2022 with a degree in Computer Networking. I am responsible for providing IT support to the business. In this role, I provide help and advice to staff and provide assistance with troubleshooting issues. I also maintain technical documentation, prepare reports, and assist in the installation and configuration of software.
